Budget Transparency
When the norm says attract using numbers, sign the deal, then add up the numbers, we say an absolute NO. We communicate numbers with the highest respect and make sure clarity before we even take on the project. For full design projects, our comprehensive estimation ensure that you will not experience costly over-runs. All variations are processed separately only upon your approval, in a fully transparent basis.
No Messages/Calls Unanswered
Your REX is responsible for all communications with you and also the different contractors who are appointed for your project. Promptness is always the goal, but spare allowance for travelling, site discussion, meeting whatnot. Response within the day is a must though.
Workmanship & Quality Assurance
We have gathered a network of reliable contractors through years of working relationship and constantly meeting new folks. We constantly assess each contractor based on workmanship, work attitude, leadership, to minimise any possible disappointment from you.
Warranty of Work
We follow the industry standard of 1 calendar year warranty period for workmanship from the point your premise's renovation completes. Products that we propose during the course of your project carry their respective warranties from their manufacturers/suppliers that has the same validity to you.

What is this Quality Promise for?
MEEK Quality Promise is meant to assure you that we mean business and we strive to create the best renovation experience out of every single case. We aim to make you feel obligated to recommend us to your families and friends when their renovation need arise. This Quality Promise assures you that products we propose to you are free from any material and manufacturing defects, and our workmanship is worthwhile your commitment to us.
What are the pre-requisites of MEEK Quality Promise?
MEEK Quality Promise is valid upon awarding your renovation project to us. In the event of replacement or repair, you must present a digital or physical proof of the completed payment.
Will there be charges for repair during the Warranty period?
All repairs will be assessed case by case and apply their respective warranty. In most cases, customers pay nothing during the warranty period. In some cases, only material charges may be incurred if replacement is required.
What is the validity of this Quality Promise?
MEEK Quality Promise has no expiry date, we believe in building trust through the test of time. As mentioned, we aim to make you feel obligated to market our brand, it's the most economical yet effective marketing method and we reckoned it!
Terms & Conditions
◾Natural wear and tear or damage caused by mishandling or use of the product beyond its intended use is not covered by MEEK Quality Promise. It is highly recommended that you read the care instructions to ensure product and material longevity.
◾Natural wood characteristics such as grain variations, color variation, mineral streaks, and knots are not considered defects.
◾Please contact MEEK within 10 days of discovering any defect, via phone or email.
◾There is no way for any authorized representative of MEEK to alter or broaden the scope of this Quality Promise. This Quality Promise is drafted and approved collectively, by the committee panel of MEEK and 8978 Pte. Ltd. Periodic review will be conducted to ensure the fairness and clarity of this Quality Promise.
◾MEEK will only honour this Quality Promise when 1) the product supplied and installed must be properly maintained and used in its intended way; 2) the product is still in possession to the original purchaser; 3) the product must also be installed at their designated location and position.
◾There are no labour, installation, or transportation costs assumed to be bond by MEEK Quality Promise, and MEEK takes no responsibility for natural wear and tear of finishes or surfaces.
◾Any misuse of MEEK supplied material and product will void this quality promise
◾MEEK Quality Promise does not cover any cabinetry or component parts deemed altered, modified, accident-prone, abnormally used, exposed to extreme temperatures and constant contact with water, high moisture levels, or exposed to harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals.
◾Normal nicks, cuts, scratches and abrasions resulting from normal use during the standard lifetime of the product are considered incidental deterioration and is not covered under MEEK Quality Promise.
◾MEEK does not guarantee or guarantee that all repair(s) and/or replacement(s) will be the same as the original defected/damaged material/product, styles, installation options/methods. In the event where any material/product becomes obsolete or discontinued, MEEK will replaced the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style based on availablity at the time of the claim.
◾Only MEEK appointed representative is allowed to make any recommendation and/or decision regarding the repair (in part or whole). The representative will determine following an inspection whether to repair at site or return the product to the factory for refurbishing/replacing.
◾MEEK will make all possible efforts to replace or repair the faulty parts within a reasonable period of time.
◾MEEK disclaims all liability for any direct/indirect loss to the user due to the defect or delay in provisioning the service, caused by defects or delays in the provision of service, or from faults arising out of product design or installation. Any liability on the part of MEEK under this Quality Promise shall not exceed the price of replacement or purchase of the product.
◾MEEK will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material or workmanship of products not listed under claim terms listed.
◾MEEK reserves the right to alter specifications in keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.
