We know the dilemmas.
Making choices for your renovation process can be overwhelming. Taking on the combined role of interior designer and project manager when you are already juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities is even more daunting, not by choice sometimes. The good news is, we've got you covered! Not like any others though.
is a design and renovation brand conceived out of a love for design and remodeling projects and the special connections we create with our clients out of every project.
Integrity is our fundamental core value that flows in us.
Our less trendy slogan says it all;
No boasting, no tactic, no drama.
NO BOASTING
One thing many are afraid to even tell customers is that they are a new sprout in their industry. Customers don't even know that many "award-winning" are "purchased" or self-proclaimed by way of internal awarding based on sales achievement, alike property agencies (read our Insider Secrets page). All the boast about being in the trade for 30, 40 years are pure bogus; most are the combined experience of many parties. These are just too common to begin with.
NO TACTIC
Sales and marketing strategies define business performance, agree? What if bad tactics were used; like... for instance, asking suppliers to mark up higher so that commission payout is higher. Or proclaiming no hidden cost at the beginning and split up chargeable components "as fragmented as possible" using "variable order" after the contract is confirmed. As the old saying goes in the sales profession, clinch the deal first then talk, which literally means enticing using low price and charge later to recover the lost margin.
NO DRAMA
We hate the bad apples of this industry and that is why we're here, after years of filtering and retaining the best people who have crossed our path. The start of your drama is when you assign your project to a sweet-toothed salesperson knowing little about this profession and caring more of how much you can be ripped off for his earnings. Worse, if you are asked to pay excessive upfronts and nothing get done in the end!
A review request exercise was done by sending an email on 5 June 2023 to 23 customers who completed their project in 2022. The email was followed by a customer service telephone call to remind them of the pointers listed in the email, specifically of not identifying personnel's names in the review so as not to create an environment of competition. Reviews should always be read with a pinch of salt, including those reviews about us you may chance upon at the slightest chance. Do note that we do not capitalise on reviews and that bark's review exercise was an exception as part of bark's onboarding feature.
