That's how important this virtual consultation is.
Our (you and us) decision to work together will fall into place logically when the stars are aligned. Our CEC (Code of Ethics and Conduct) clearly suggests that "selling" is considered a negative adjective in our process. 
The following are the steps you would experience with us, nothing uncommon on the surface. The key difference is our Value-Based approach which will make a world of difference.

It just makes no sense... Is the quotation chargeable in the first place? like duh... You've probably heard this too often. A general rule of thumb; when this and that are "free", you should really consider running away!

Meet and share

Attend the virtual consultation and ask whatever questions you have. During this session, your REX will share insights about this industry, what to look out for, and our unique value approach designed to protect you. 

The Project Estimate (PE) will be sent to you within three (3) workdays. Read through it, quite a bit to digest here. Check your Designer's portfolio, ask questions, and clarify.

Book MEEK and start the design and planning phase. Here's where your "paper renovation" kicks start and design fellows pawn their minds for lines and colours. This process usually takes from five (5) to twelve (12) workdays depending on your project scale; our quickest was thirty (30) minutes so far for a simple room layout.

This paper renovation phase should reach around 80% completion, encompassing a few back and forth between you and us on the design development. 

On average, the whole of this process takes around three (3) to eight (8) weeks.

Place orders

By now, design and material are more or less firm up and we are ready to place orders or all the products and services your project requires.

Your REX will be working closely with the design and procurement teams to activate any overseas productions and orders. Work teams will be called upon to discuss civil works, take measurements, site survey, reporting and administration.

This process will typically consume a full week prior to the commencement of on-site renovation.

Renovation begins

The most labourious phase where work teams covert the lines on papers into actual output. All the sparks, sweat and dust will take place here and the more stressful part as multiple parties are involved.

This phase is divided into sub-phases and your REX will be overseeing throughout checking the list of to-dos while constantly ready to tackle hiccups whenever one comes about. 

Most sub-phases are interdependent and require a dynamic approach to monitor the progress.

This mega phase will generally concludes by the 8th week for most apartment and shop sizes. Check with your REX on the specifics.

We have to say this many times;
NEVER GIVE IN TO HIGH UPFRONT TERMS!
All of those cases we salvaged fell into the trap of high upfront payment in exchange for some forms of promotional deals. Never accept anything more than 30% to start work!
IF YOU ARE STILL READING AND STILL HESITANT TO EVEN FILL A FORM TO BOOK YOUR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION. YOU DON'T SEEM TO BE  SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR RENOVATION BECAUSE

You don't need to lift your butt by submitting a form to us and speaking to us virtually.
Neither do you need to meet a newbie or salesman pretending to know about design and promising you the sky at a nicely done-up showroom meant to condition you and followed by a string of cut-throat spending waiting for you behind the reasonable quotation and "no-hidden-cost" blunt claim. This is renovation, hi-hi wakey... Plenty of ways to charge you in VOs and comms and deliberate omittance is a huge hidden cost per se.

We are the ONLY renovation outfit in Singapore that openly shares behind-the-scene secrets. Others may not want you to know these secrets because it makes it harder for them to take advantage of your money.
Or if for some odd reasons, you like to hear only the sugary things, then please, go find the sugary mouths.

Our Pay-When-You-See payment approach is our commitment to ensuring your good night sleeps.
Those deposit protection out there only protect you not tripping and falling at the front door, to us they are BS, because you are unprotected after that deposit you make! Paying excessive upfront fees can also put you in a difficult situation if things go south.
4.
We pass on merchant discounts to our customers!
Well, if you say that you prefer paying exorbitant commissions, worse, to actors, I think it is safe to call you dumb. There are slaughterhouses ready to welcome you for sure.

We are genuine and truthful at our core. We prefer earning authentic recognition rather than embellishing details to boost our brand artificially.
Or if working with a fake award winning "branded" ID firm gives some morale boost to show off to friends that you are working with an influencer's recommendation or a prestigious firm. We wish you the best of luck.

A review request exercise was done by sending an email on 5 June 2023 to 23 customers who completed their project in 2022. The email was followed by a customer service telephone call to remind them of the pointers listed in the email, specifically of not identifying personnel's names in the review so as not to create an environment of competition. Reviews should always be read with a pinch of salt, including those reviews about us you may chance upon at the slightest chance. Do note that we do not capitalise on reviews and that bark's review exercise was an exception as part of bark's onboarding feature.
