Back in 2020, apart from feeling shock of how this strange coronavirus cause governments around the world to close shops one after another, we took great efforts to dabao (singlish 'pack')our barang-barang (malay 'stuff') home after circuit breaker and set up our respective work stations.
Bringing discussion into the virtual space has been something we kinda used to since.
Even after the worst 2020, we continue to keep up with the government's advisories with added or prolonged measures to keep everyone safe.
in 2022, we have decided to transform our operations fully virtual so that we could bring even more values to our customers.
We will continue to practise the following
1. Mask-wearing
Mask-wearing will no longer be mandatory at work sites and premises, but encouraged whenever feeling slightly unwell.
2. MEETINGS
We encourage virtual meetings as a new normal, as it brings about more productivity and enable better sharing of information through screen-share. We continue to retain the habit of mask-wearing during physical meeting with work teams and customers as it is an effective way to minimise the risk of infectious diseases.
3. Minimum protection
All employees have obtained minimum protection of 3 doses of mRNA/Novavax vaccine or 4 doses of Sinovac vaccine to date. This requirement is applicable to future employees as well.
4. STAYING VIGILANT
We will continue to practise hygiene at our premises, sites, homes and personal. Masks will always be readily available. We will continue to keep a close watch on the evolving COVID-19 situation and adapt to implemented advisories
